One-Year Limited Warranty for AM Watches

AM Watches offers a one-year limited warranty on all watches purchased from authorized dealers. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in the watch movement, hands, and dial.

  • Manufacturing defects in the case and strap (excluding normal wear and tear).

What is Not Covered:

  • Battery life, crystal, crown, or strap.

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Water damage if the watch specifications do not state water resistance.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Claim Process:

  1. Contact AM WATCH Customer Service at contactamwatches@gmail.com.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

  3. Ship the watch to the address provided by Customer Service, securely packaged and insured for its value.

Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the watch, if a manufacturing defect is found, AM WATCHES will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you. If the exact model is no longer available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.

Limitations: This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, express, or implied. AM Watches shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the watch.
